Natural, artisan, crunchy, and extra thin crackers, without any additives or colorants, NO palm oil.

We infused our olive oil with black truffle. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has a strong and peppery smell and exquisite flavor. Harvesting takes place in the town of Sarrion (Teruel, Spain) where there is the greatest surface of planted oak trees in the entire world. Tuber Aestivum black truffle or summer truffle grows from summer until early fall. It Can Be distinguished by its angular wrinkles. The color is brownish black and the flesh has an intense, characteristic perfume and flavor.

Our flour is obtained by using an artisan ground process. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
