Natural Dry Sausage - 150g

Natural plain Dry sausages from Laiterie Charlevoix.

Raised following the principles of organic farming, Les Viandes Bio de Charlevoix's pigs eat feed grown onsite at the farm and have access to a vast outdoor space and pens with abundant windows providing lots of natural light.

Note: Since it doesn't contain any preservatives, it's recommended that the sausage be tightly wrapped and protected from light once opened to avoid a change in color. The white microbial flora found around the sausage is quite normal and edible.

May contain: Traces of nuts.

Ingredients: Pork*, sea salt, fruit and spice extracts, cane sugar*, garlic powder*, lactic ferment, spices*.

*Nitrite and preservative-free. The plastic packaging is recyclable and the carton compostable. Certified organic.
