At Olives and Pearl, we take pride in crafting artisanal charcuterie and cheese products with the utmost care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict no return and no refund policy.

Policy Details

  1. No Returns

    • All sales are final. We cannot accept returns on any products once they have left our facility or been delivered.
  2. No Refunds

    • Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
      • Change of mind after placing the order.
      • Items not consumed or unused.
      • Issues related to the delivery process (e.g., delays, damages).
  3. Damaged Items

    • While we ensure our products are packaged with care, Olives and Pearl is not responsible for items damaged during or after delivery.
  4. Order Cancellations

    • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all orders are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
