Delivery Area
- We deliver within the Greater Montreal Area and surrounding regions, covering a 45km radius from our location.
- A flat delivery fee applies to all orders within this radius (cost specified at checkout).
- For deliveries beyond the 45km radius, a flat fee of $100 will be charged.
Shipping Guidelines
- Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and selected at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the specified time.
Non-Refundable Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are out for delivery.
Damaged Items
- Olives and Pearl is not responsible for any items damaged upon or during delivery.
- Our products are packaged with care to ensure quality; however, once they leave our facility, we are not liable for handling or environmental factors during transit.
