L'Hercule Cheese Dry Sausage - 150g

Dry sausages with L'Hercule cheese from Laiterie Charlevoix.

Raised following the principles of organic farming, Les Viandes Bio de Charlevoix's pigs eat a feed grown onsite at the farm and have access to a vast outdoor space and pens with abundant windows providing lots of natural light.

Note: Since it doesn't contain any preservatives, it's recommended that the sausage be tightly wrapped and protected from light once opened to avoid a change in colour. The white microbial flora found around the sausage is quite normal and edible.

Ingredients: Pork*, Hercule de Charlevoix cheese, sea salt, fruit and spice extracts, cane sugar*, garlic powder*, lactic ferment, spices*.
